Drama students in Henry County come together and perform a play named “Radium Girls” at Woodland High School.

Woodland students in the drama club participated in performing the One Act play “Radium Girls”. They were supposed to attend the competition for the one act play on October 11th, 2022 at the Henry County Performing Arts Center but too many students were sick and they had to miss out. Although they didn't get to compete they did get to attend the performance at Woodland High School October 22nd, 2022. When speaking to Mr. Woods, who is the drama club teacher, stated “It was excellent, we sold almost one-hundred tickets and almost made five-hundred dollars.” Another awesome statement from Mr. Woods was “Although we didn't get to compete we still got to do some awesome stuff and got to create awesome bonds as a cast and crew.” When asking Kelvin H. a fellow drama club student at woodland “what is your experience so far in drama club?” They stated that “ drama club is a fun experience and a great head start to the perfect future of my acting career.”
